I can't believe that any cyclists ever use these stands - it's a long complicated way from the road and car park, and the bikes would largely block the access and fire exit.

Just one motorbike in the signposted and covered cycle parking in Carmarthen - in fact I hardly saw anyone cycling, perhaps partly to do with the rain.
