Too much unnecessary through traffic and narrow pavements

Need a cycle path from carmarthen all the way to st clears. this part of road is dangerous for cyclists

A cycle crossing and cycle lane are desperately needed on this dangerous section of the A40

Better signage needed here

Extremely narrow. Two metres of waste space at Lidl. Vegetation grows right across path. Should be developed for cyclists.

Too narrow. Remove wicket gates at both ends of Five Fields allotments.

There should be a link to the traffic-free Water Street

Mo Motor Vehicles signs at this road closure, but there's no real way through for non-motorised vehicles either.

I can't believe that any cyclists ever use these stands - it's a long complicated way from the road and car park, and the bikes would largely block the access and fire exit.

NCN route 47 turns right according to this sign - and left according to OpenCycleMap

Cyclists on NCN route 47 have to negotiate this A-road roundabout

The sign implies that NCN route 4 turns right into this dead-end lane.

At the moment NCN route 49 uses the parallel A40 - it would be great if this could be used instead.

Dropped kerb needed here.

Rough road surface. Worse than this after rainfall.

Footpath sign for the excellent 'secret' cycle route from Johnstown to Carmarthen.

Shared-use route on very narrow footway - absurd token provision for NCN route 4, cyclists are much better off staying on the road here.

Shared-use cycle route crossing from one very narrow footway to another - clearly done on the cheap.

Shared-use cycle route crosses car turning area and continues on the far side - clearly done on the cheap.

Cyclists Dismount at the start of the Derwen route in Carmarthen - surely there could be a dropped kerb?

Awful crossing of the A4242 on NCN route 4 in Carmarthen - from the station, to the right, cyclists have to cross to the central reservation then somehow ride against the traffic to reach the dropped kerb and then turn right to get back to ... [more]

Awful crossing of the A4242 on NCN route 4 in Carmarthen

Awkward car-trap plates across NCN 4

Cut-through in Llandovery - a dropped kerb would help.

Staff cars, Ffairfach school - less than a mile from Llandeilo town. What hope is there of pupils travelling sustainably if this is the example they're shown?

Aberglasney Gardens - no cycle parking.

NCN route 4 must pass on the side of the Discovery Centre, Llanelli, as there's no room on the other side, whatever the signs say.

Presumably NCN route 4 crosses the road towards the cycle parking, but it's not clear.

Pedestrian path crossing cycle track (NCN route 4) at North Dock, Llanelli, then crossing back again on the far side of the bridge!

'Cyclists Dismount' on NCN route 4 - why on earth, so far short of such a quiet dead-end road?

End of Route - Cyclists Dismount - Carmarthenshire's legal department is as negative as Cambridgeshire's.

Cycle parking at Tesco, Carmarthen - covered, but a very long way from the doors. (Ed: although still much nearer than most of the cars.)

Start of the excellent 'secret' cycle route from Johnstown to Carmarthen - no signage.
